Do you create custom work?

I do indeed! I have created many commissioned pieces, especially popular with musicians and artists for cover work. If you are interested in having a custom piece made, please contact me at emma@mooncrab.co.uk

Can I use existing work for my own cover art or other commercial purposes?

If you would like to use my work for cover art, or posters and advertising purposes, I will be happy to license most pieces for a fee. I do not license work for the use of reprint on merchandise like t-shirts etc. or any means which means you will receive ongoing profit from my work. If you are interested or unsure, please get in touch. If I have made my work available to you, I will send a licensing agreement along with the image(s), explaining usage rights and permissions given.

Can I use your work for my own art?

I would appreciate it if you did not use my work or edit my work for your own project purposes. The work I create is intended to look the way it does. I will be happy to provide you sources if you are unsure where to find legal images to use. Please be aware that using my work without my permission may cause copyright infringement on your part. I also appreciate if my work is not used for "edits" on social media. Thankyou for your understanding.

Where do you find the images to create your work?

All images in my work are used from websites like Unsplash.com, Pexels.com and Pixabay. The licensing on these websites state that all images are free to use for personal and commercial purposes without permission needed. "Unsplash grants you an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, copy, modify, distribute, perform, and use photos from Unsplash for free, including for commercial purposes, without permission from or attributing the photographer or Unsplash". Any images used for my own work or for clients has no risk of copyright infringement as all images used are legally available for non exclusive usage through these sites.

Please note shipping times may very for separate products. All products are made to order. This may mean if you order several products, your items may arrive with you at different times as manufacturing times vary and suppliers are different for different products.

How long does shipping take?

 Please allow up to 5 working days for the order to be fulfilled and created. All orders are made to order which means they will be made for you once you place the order.

If your destination country is in the US, Canada, UK, or Europe, please allow from 1 to 2 weeks from fulfillment to receive your order. Other countries may take slightly longer.

As all products are made to order, this may mean you will be ordering from different suppliers depending on which products you are ordering, please expect higher shipping prices in this instance as each individual supplier will need to paid shipping.

Please note, due to issues relating to COVID-19, manufacturing times may be longer due to staffing and social distancing, you may also experience delays with delivery times depending on your local delivery service. While all products are still available, please do bear in mind these are difficult times, and suppliers and postal services will try their best to get your item to you in a reasonable time.

Please note orders may be subject to customs charges and handling fees depending on where you are ordering to.


Do you accept refunds?

All sales are final. Please do keep in mind that all products are made to order for you, and I will personally pay for all products to be manufactured for you once you make your order. As this is the case I do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

If you have received damaged goods from a supplier, or have not received them at all after a reasonable time, I will arrange for a replacement print / product to be sent out for you free of charge. If you do end up eventually receiving both the original and replacement, please feel free to keep both. If products are damaged, I will need photos of the damage. This is from instruction from the print suppliers and if compensation needs to be claimed from Royal Mail etc. Refunds will only be given on the basis of not receiving replacements after they have also been sent out, or if the replacements are also damaged. In this instance I will be happy to offer a full refund. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

I cannot be responsible for failed deliveries if there have been attempts to deliver a parcel, and a customer has not taken instruction from their postal service to receive their package.
